MASTER SUITE

David and Sandie wanted to retain an existing pool and this left very little additional space to work with.

So up we went. An additional master suite is inserted above without dominating the original facade.

The Master Suite is added as an upper floor though still connected to the living areas as its mezzanine over the kitchen. Sharing the Dining room clerestory window.

Privacy can be achieved through sliding timber panels.

Space flows from the Bedroom into the Ensuite through the Wardrobe - separation suggested by spatial arrangement without the need for doors.
