New connected indoor and outdoor spaces that showcase the warehouse origins of the home.
More demolition than addition. An existing home office and garage were removed to create a garden to the northern aspect of the house, a repurposed warehouse. A new kitchen connected to this was installed with a highly eclectic collection of elements reflecting the clients love of kitsch design objects. While the revealed facade was redressed in industrial character.
